The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers interest only. It is not an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of access, availability, pricing, features, or timing. We may contact you about Intent; you may opt out at any time.

No warranty

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intent Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Intellectual property

The Intent and Intent Labs names, marks, copy, and design are owned by Intent Labs, Inc. and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site, and revise these terms, at any time and without notice.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising from these terms or the site.
